We have been so fortunate to have these three as neighbors since moving to Pennsylvania. They were the first to welcome us and have been the kindest friends as we've transitioned to our new home. They are such a beautiful trio and my cheeks literally hurt after our session from smiling so much. Their little girl is such a doll and I had so much fun documenting the three of them together.
Baby James
If I could spend the rest of my life photographing babies every day I would be the happiest person alive. I was in heaven getting to document sweet baby James when he was only two weeks old. He was (and still is) the most darling little boy with the most beautiful and amazing momma. There's just nothing better than photographing a mother with her new baby in their own space. It is magical.
Megan + Cody
When I married Jeff, I not only married an incredible man but an amazing family. One of his dear cousins has lived near my family in Washington for the past few years, and I had the pleasure of photographing her and her husband as they prepared to welcome their first child. It was the perfect Northwest day with overcast skies and beautiful light, made all the better in a gorgeous setting with this dreamy couple. These two are an amazing team and were so much fun to photograph!
The Cottams
Jeff had the privilege of growing up in California with this rowdy bunch, and years later we happened to cross paths while living in Utah. And let me tell you, anyone who knows this family loves this family. Truly, they are the best of the best and I only wish we could channel a portion of their charisma and charm. We are thankful for all the precious time we were able to spend with them and are so happy we could document this incredible family.
Baby Edith
This session is especially dear to us because we had the privilege of taking Alyssa and Brady's engagement photos as well as photographing their wedding day, so when they asked us to capture their first few days together with their sweet little baby, we were over the moon! Its not very often you get to personally document such a beautiful sequence of events that lead to such a beautiful family of three. We are so thankful for the chance to be a part of these memories.
The Taylors
We met the Taylors while living in Utah and quickly become friends with Morgan and Stephen, who also happen to be two of the best humans to ever live. Unfortunately we had to part ways when they moved out of state to pursue graduate school, but fortunately we've been able to stay connected and even got to snag some photos for them while they were in town visiting family. These three are gems and we love them to pieces.
Baby Joshua
I had the privilege of being present for the birth of my sweet nephew, Joshua. We were spending Christmas with my family in Washington and my sister, Nicole, was expecting her second child at the end of December. Serendipitously, she went into labor a few days before we had to return home to Utah. This was the first birth I had attended and it was a sacred and powerful experience to witness the strength of my sister as she delivered her son and the miracle of a brand new baby. I will always be thankful for this amazing experience and the gift it was to document such a beautiful event.
